Quake Royale An epic struggle for survival. Head Soccer This was a semi-popular QuakeWorld mod that put two teams against each other and forced them to try to move a dismembered head to the other team's goal. A lot of interesting and unique level designs, and a no-gravity level where players move around by momentum from their weapons. The Genebot Project A generic QuakeWorld but that runs inside the server, and so works with any QW mod. Tsumi to Botsu An unfinished generic Quake bot. I actually designed this mainly for the mod Slide, which it does work quite nicely with. Full Client Emulation Server Allows creation of "true client" bots through QuakeC progs code. Source is here. Client Emulation Server with Frogbot An attempted frogbot source port to make it work with the true client server. I'm not entirely sure if this works properly or not. Source is here. Play MP3s with Quake Port of an MP3 engine into Quake. Source is here. QuakeWorld Client Chase Cam Adds a client-side chasecam to the QuakeWorld client. Source is here. QWX An attempt to allow QuakeWorld to use standard progs.dat from old "Classic Quake" mods. The result is semi-playable, although there are a lot of issues that still need to be worked out. The Sigmund Bot - Release 2 My first Quake bot that did not suck entirely. Has semi-decent navigation (or not) and is pretty fun for playing coop with. Source is available here even though I'm ashamed of it. The Moron Bot For QuakeWorld. One of my first bots I think. This was just a stupid quick cheap project, the bots "purposely" act moronic and say random moronic things. Or something. I think. I don't really remember. Source is available here, although it's probably something that should not be viewed by anyone ever. In fact, if you're learning how to program, don't look at it. It will make you dumber. Cooperative QuakeWorld - Release 3 A cheap progs-only QuakeWorld mod that adds the Quake monsters back in and attempts to recreate coop gameplay. Some things are busted since they could not be fixed without modification of the QW server exe (and this was written way back before the Quake code was even released). These are old engine tutorials, and are crappy and done poorly. The collision and stencil shadow ones have been helpful to a lot of people for their simplicity, though.
