MiniTut4 - Using the Patterned Paint tool

- File | New Q2 WAL, "MiniTut4", 64 x 64
- Select color # 80 for your left button color
- Select color # 95 for your right button color
- Select the Patterned Paint tool
- Select "horizontal" from Patterns.wad using the new tool-settings toolbar
- Left-click the mouse icon on the lower right of the toolbar to select
- Select "vertical" from Patterns.wad using the new tool-settings toolbar
- Right-click the mouse icon on the lower right of the toolbar to select
- Set the Brush Width to "12 Pixels"
- Set the Amount to "Most"
- Draw a line across the top from 0,4 to 63,4 (Use the line drawing mode or hold down the shift key to constrain horizontally)
- Draw a line across the bottom from 0,60 to 63,60
- Press the SPACEBAR to toggle to Vertical constrain mode
- Use the right button to draw a line down the left from 2,8 to 2,55 (Use the line drawing mode or hold down the shift key to constrain vertically)
- Use the right button to draw a line down the right from 61,8 to 61,55
- Touch up the four corners to get nice bevels (right click at 0,6, etc.)
- Select "vertical_bars" from Patterns.wad using the new tool-settings toolbar
- Left-click the mouse icon on the lower right of the toolbar to select
- Select color # 36 for your left button color
- Switch to Solid Rectangle drawing mode
- Draw a box from 8,8 to 54,54
- Image | Add Noise, Light, Monochrome, Uniform, Single Pixel
- Save as "MiniTut4"

Hold down CTRL and click on the image to download the .wal file
